DMCA / Content Removal

Last updated 21 September 2026

WeLoveBabes responds to valid copyright removal requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Some photos on this site are served from third-party hosts; where a file is served by us, we remove the file itself. In every case we remove the set page and its links to the file.

Complete notices are actioned promptly, normally within two business days.

Designated agent

Our designated agent's postal details are being finalised. In the meantime, use the form below — notices submitted through it are received, time-stamped and actioned exactly as a posted notice would be.

What a notice must contain

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) a notice is only effective if it includes all of the following. The form below asks for each of them in turn.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on this site of each item you want removed.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit a notice

Your own name if the work is yours.

Identify the work you own — title, where it was published, and a link to the original if there is one.

One per line, and the full address of each page on this site. We cannot act on a search result or a category page.

Type your full name. This has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice through the contact page with “DMCA counter-notice” as the subject. It must identify the removed material and where it appeared, and include your name, address, telephone number, your signature, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district — or, if you are outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — is liable for the damages and legal costs that misrepresentation causes. If you are unsure whether you hold the rights to a work, take advice before sending a notice.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of notices we act on. Uploaders, accounts and partners who repeatedly infringe are terminated.
